Here is my blog. Finally. How many times have people told me I needed a blog? Well, here it is! Hooray! :)
I plan to use this blog in several ways. I want to post pictures of our adorable daughter for you to see, and I want to update you on the daily goings-on of our lives, as painfully boring as that might be!
What's been going on up until now? Well, Livvi was born on May 21, 2006. We had her at a birthing center. Some of you think that's nuts. That's ok. It wasn't. It was awesome! :)
Fast forward... We own a baby store, J is working for AT&T, I'm working at the store and part time at Starbucks, and we are all about to go nuts we're so busy! In addition, I sprained my ankle a few days ago, so that is slowing us down. (Probably a good thing.) Livvi is so full of energy. She is learning new words every day, the most interesting of which is "no"... hmpf! Let's see if I can name them all... Mama, Daddy, Hi, Bye, Down, Out, Shoe, Nose, Ear, Eye, Mouth, Teeth, Diaper, Dirty, Potty, Tee Tee, Kitty, Doggy, Tummy, BeBo (belly button), Sock, No. I think that might be all. But she does sign hungry, all done, more, and yes. And she whines when she wants something. Right now we're working on learning Up, and Open. And head. And toes, feet, hands. Once we get some of those down we might start colors or something I dunno. Obviously, she is walking (running) and climbing. Yikes. I think this stage of being a child is difficult. But I hear it gets better soon!
As soon as I figure out how to use this thing for pictures, I will! Yay! Until then, keep checking the Picasa album.
